Geberit Manufacturing offers FREE technical support
for all water closets that are activated by its PF/2
Energizer flushing devices. Technical Support
can normally be reached Monday through Friday between
the hours of 8:00am and 4:30pm (CST) by
calling toll free 1-888-732-9282.
When calling Technical Support it is VERY IMPORTANT
that you have the unit serial number located on the
right hand dome of the flushometer-tank plus the name
and bowl style of the vitreous china manufacturer
(e.g. Eljer wall-hung; ...floor-outlet;...one-piece;
etc).
This information enables our technicians to know
the unit's original configuration and hydraulic flushing
demands and thus determine, in addition to solving
the immediate problem, if any improvements (upgrades)
are desirable.
Service instructions and repair parts are supplied
at no charge for units under warranty.
